CBS Big Brother 7- The BIG BUZZ FACTOR
The voting has finally closed- Houseguests can relax for a few moments- relaxed as one could get wondering if their summer will be filled with every moment of their live recorded in the Big Brother House, or if they will continue on with their current lives a little more separate from the public spectacle the others will be in. I have to wonder, how much promoting did each candidate actually have to do? How much influence is CBS going to have? HOW did voting take place?
“Redemption”is key motive- Big Brother All-stars Candidates Released
CBS has announced and posted all 20 potential Big Brother Candidates. The names have been floating around chat forums, blogs, myspace, and fan sites all over the web since the announcement of the show earlier this year. The key for the most of the houseguests? Redemption! Most of the chosen ones made big mistakes somewhere in the game, were stabbed in the back by another player, or just simply played the game wrong.
Julie Chen on David Letterman
Julie Chen appeared on David Letterman last night, and despite the high hopes of fans for some hints about who exactly would appear on the show, Julie Chen revealed very little. After admitting to watching the Letterman Show every night, She discussed changes with CBS, her own love life, and described the concept of Big Brother to David Letterman. Her descriptions of the show made it sound morbidly evil- “we lock complete strangers away from society with no TV, radio, or internet, no phone- they can’t talk to their loved ones. And one person each week gets voted out of the house, and the public gets to see Everything they do in this house.” It sounds as though the houseguests are treated as a grade 7 science project. Julie Chen goes on to discuss the dynamics of this show, hints on the theme, and discusses “love” in the US Big Brother house
